The compression ratio increases the solid content of the sludge. The main agent added in this project is integrated adsorption flocculant, and its ingredients are specially formulated according to the on-site water quality conditions. The dosage range is 200ppm~300ppm. This agent is a neutral inorganic green environmentally friendly adsorption flocculant. It is made of natural mineral materials with great adsorption capacity. It has significant ability to remove harmful substances such as COD, total phosphorus, SS, fluoride, heavy metals and other wastewater. Using a single agent to replace the complex agent system in the traditional dosing method reduces agent costs, simplifies the process, improves the flocculation and sedimentation effect, and makes it easy to control water quality when the process fluctuates. At the same time, once heavy metals settle, they will never precipitate again, making the sludge harmless. The overall process of HDCY integrated desulfurization wastewater treatment is: the first and second phase desulfurization wastewater is pumped into the HDCY integrated desulfurization wastewater treatment system. The inside of the system reacts efficiently through dosing, and the overflowing clear water after efficient cyclone clarification passes through the security precision interceptor. After filtering, the clean water is retained in the second-stage reuse pool. After the sludge is dehydrated by pumping the second-stage gypsum dewatering belt conveyor, it is transported out together with the desulfurization gypsum for comprehensive utilization.
