Flue Gas Desulfurization Wastewater Treatment System
Process Flow:
- Desulfurization wastewater is pumped into a high-efficiency reactor.
- Simultaneously, an integrated high-efficiency water purification agent is precisely fed into the reactor using a dry powder dosing machine.
- A high-speed mixer ensures thorough mixing of the agent and wastewater, promoting the formation of large flocs.
- The well-mixed wastewater is pumped into high-efficiency cyclone clarifiers for further flocculation, precipitation, and clarification.
- Concentrated sludge settles at the bottom of the clarifiers and is fed, along with the underflow from the gypsum cyclone, to a disc dewatering machine for dehydration.
- Treated clean water overflows from the clarifiers and is collected in a clean water tank for reuse.
